Programmers must fill out a Time Slot Application.

*An appointment with the Programming Coordinator is required*
in order to schedule a time slot for having a program cablecast on Channel 27.

Paperwork must be in on time or you will probably be dropped or moved around.

TimeSlot Priority Rules

 First Priority: First time/New Producers

• Priority on prime-time programming hours between 6:00PM and 10:00PM Monday through Friday will first be given to live programmers.

 Second Priority:

1. Producers who have taken the previous quarter off.
2. Programmers who have programmed less than six hours of programming in the previous quarter.

 Third Priority:

On a First Come, First Serve Basis with priority as follows:

1. Live Shows
    Note: Fridays from 5 PM - 10 PM are reserved     for live shows.

a. New Local programs  
b. Local programs

2 . Taped shows

a. Local shows (produced by Albuquerque residents.)

b. Non-Local programs
(shows not made in Albuquerque, or sponsored by Albuquerque resident programmers)

Pre-emptions

Channel 27 reserves the right to preempt all or part of any program for up to seven days on no more than four occasions during each year with two weeks advanced notice to all affected programmers.

Promotional PSAs

• Scheduling of promos is at the discretion of Channel 27.

Programming Hours

• Programming hours between 6:00PM and 8:00PM seven nights a week will be reserved for locally produced programming.
  
• Scheduling for original cablecast programming is from 12:00PM to 12:00AM Monday through Saturday, and 4:00PM through 12:00AM Sunday with the exception of some holidays.
  
• Scheduling for programming after midnight is done on a "as needed" basis.
  
• Channel 27 reserves the right to replace out-of-town programming with local programming.
