There are a number of opportunities available through Quote Unquote, Inc. You can use our equipment and facilities to promote your organization, school, or business. We are also a venue which you can use to promote a community event, film festival, music, art, poetry, clubs and hobbies.
Please note that these are non-commercial channels, so a call to action (such as "Buy This" or "Vote for so-and-so") is not allowed. However, you can still be creative and promote your event or organization without talking about prices.
Specific ways you can promote your business, school, event
- Submit a flyer to our Video Bulletin Board.
- Underwrite a producer's show through donations i.e. food for crew receive credit as a sponsor (in the rolling credits, and visible placement of logos throughout set and/or show) and get a tax write-off while your at it. If you help Quote Unquote, Inc. specifically, there are other bonuses such as logo placement on our website, etc. etc.
- Produce a show about any number of topics of interest that relate to your organization, event or hobby.
- Produce 30 second Public Service Announcements (PSA) about any number of topics of interest that relate to your organization, event or hobby.
- Produce 30 second public service announcements to air in between shows to promote the show that promotes your organization, event or hobby.

Educational
QUQ has worked a great deal with educational institutions over the years to provide training, internship opportunities, promotional and production opportunities for students and teachers of public schools, charter schools, private schools to higher education institutions.

Media and Media Resource Partners
QUQ has developed relationships with other TV and radio stations in the state for promotional purposes. QUQ also has strong relationships with community media resource organizations such as the Media Literacy Project, the Prometheus Radio Project, and Available Media, Inc. QUQ is working with Available Media and the Prometheus Radio Project to assist in the startups of community low power and full power FM radio stations in New Mexico. QUQ helped Available Media in its efforts to obtain funding in order to apply for full power radio station licenses from the FCC. Their application for full power radio licenses were authorized, and coverage can potentially reach over 1 million listeners in New Mexico. Available Media is now are in the process of building the infrastructure to make this happen. QUQ is also working with the Prometheus Radio Project to organize workshops on how others can organize the community and seek out low power or full power FM licenses.

Job Training and Paid Internships
Quote Unquote, Inc. has formed partnerships with various organizations in order to receive a number of paid interns. With the limited budget that Quote, Unquote has, these partnerships have greatly helped Quote Unquote, Inc. with daily operations at the station. Through these partnerships, Quote Unquote, Inc is able to provide participants with the opportunity to develop job skills. Participants have the opportunity to develop basic adminstrative job skills such as typing, data entry using MS Word and MS Access, phone reception. Other job skills participants have had the opportunity to develop are video/film production and post-production skills (Imovie, Final Cut Pro, Motion, LiveType, Pro Tools), skills applicable to operations of a TV station (Master Control and Progamming), as well as web and graphic design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design). Non-Profit Partnerships
Quote Unquote, Inc. is a 501c-3 organization and understands many of the needs that other non-profit organzations have as well. We understand that funding for production, promotions and training are limited, and so we are pro-active in finding ways to support our fellow community organizations. QUQ has featured and promoted non-profits through our video bulletin board, short PSAs, and as featured guests on "City Views", a Quote Unquote sponsored production. QUQ also provides production services for coverage of events at an affordable rate. If there is no budget for production, QUQ migh assign and unpaid intern or interns to cover an event. Non-profit groups training rates are also available through QUQ, so instead of paying $75.00 for one non-profit staff member to attend training, $165.00 will cover training for 4 people in our studio or field production class ( a minimum of 8 people are required to schedule a special class, otherwise students must attend regularly scheduled training sessions.) The first year's annual membership fee is included as part of this training package. We also rent out space at an affordable rate for small events and conference. Sports Team Partnerships
Quote Unquote, Inc. has partnered with the Albuquerque Thunderbirds, Proview Networks, and the New Mexico Activities Association to air programming. Other avenues for partnership have inluded crosspromoting, internships and coverage of events.
