Albuquerque NM— Quote Unquote Inc. signed the Educational Access TV contract with the City of Albuquerque to program informational and educational content on Comcast Cable’s noncommercial Educational Access TV Channel 96. Coverage spans Bernalillo, Valencia, Torrance and Sandoval counties in Central New Mexico. </p><br><br/> HOW TO GET INVOLVED- Quote Unquote Inc. is looking for videos that are educational, informative, children's programming, work by students and educators, documentaries, K-12 and college sports, and cultural and language programming. CD or HD video programs of any length are acceptable although 28 min and 58 min formats are preferred. COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD Audio and flyer submissions are also being accepted for our Community Bulletin Board for. community events and job postings. Audio content can be played during the Community bulletin board and can range from radio and/or internet podcasts to music and/or other performance (i.e. poetry, etc.) submissions STEP 1- Complete the online program submission form to give permissions to broadcast. This is available on the services page our website <www.quote-unquote.org>. Please note that Quote Unquote. Inc. also operates a 102.1 FM KQUQ-LP, a noncommercial community radio station in the south valley of Albuquerque. Permissions to air content can also be given to share content by radio, television, streaming and Video on Demand. Options for each outlet are provided in the program submission form. OUR GOALS- To support public access to PEG Access TV training and resources for community media programming. To support diverse voices and people. To use Educational Access TV s a catalyst and means for those who want to enter the TV and film industry, for students who want to develop skills and experience, and for educators seeking opportunities for professional development and CTE certifications. To support the development of a strong Indigenous Media Network. To establish Community Access Media Pods (CAMP) sites at educational institutions, pueblos and tribes and community organizations are great opportunities to provide live programming and other resources for capacity building by and for the community.
